If you were to ask me about my biggest business asset, I’d tell you that it was email marketing. Not my Instagram following, not my blog, but my email list. Hands down. I’d love to share with you a few business owners who recently did my email marketing course, Cultivate, and are all doing email marketing in their brilliantly unique and sensitive way.
So much of my business philosophy is captured in my course, Cultivate. I believe that who you are as a sensitive business owner is the very best way to magnetise your right people to you (& scale your business with grace and ease). You can go from overwhelmed, inconsistent or indecisive to simply and effectively connecting with your email subscribers and selling to them, often, without it ever feeling “icky” I’d love to share with you a few business owners who recently did Cultivate with me and found out all about their own unique magic!
The way I do email marketing isn’t the way everyone else does it: it’s human & natural… it’s even fun!
💫 It’s fun, and it’s creative (not just another “thing to do”)
💫 It connects with my right people
💫 It makes being visible & selling what I do easier
💫 Most importantly: it fits around who you are as a person.

My Unique Magic: I’m a job & life coach, I help people who want to change their jobs but don’t know what to do, what they can do, what is possible for them. We work together to understand and/or find out what their talents are, what they like to do, how they want to feel in their jobs, and the life they want. I help them reach a new clarity, find out they can do something else, and that they can change what they don’t like. Many of my clients are introverts so we work also on understanding what this mean, how do they “work” as people, what are they needs (alone time and so on), how can they thrive in an extroverted world.
Why You Should Sign Up To My Newsletter: I have 2 newsletter at the moment, one is on job topics, named “The job right for you exists!” in which I talk about what are the struggles of my clients, how we work together to overcome them, what happens when we work together, what are the benefits people have form working with me. All of this to be an inspirations for others to take action and do something to change their work situation. I also offer a free email course in 4 weeks for those who subscribe to my newsletter. The other newsletter is dedicated to introverts and introversion – its name is “The introvert newsletter” in which I tell my own struggle as an introvert, personal anecdotes, what it means to be an introvert, and what are the ups and down of this characteristic, which is not good or bad. I also share my coaching with my clients, what they ask me and which goals they reach working with me.

What They Thought About Cultivate
“Ruth has a wonderful way of sharing information and ideas that helps you move from overwhelm, procrastination and intimidation to actually I really can do this and I really want to because I’m quite good at it.”
~ Ann McMahon
“Cultivate helped me to go from sporadic and erratic emails to a weekly newsletter that I really like to write and send. It takes me 30-60 minutes to write each week without having to reinvent the wheel and take decisions on what to write each week as everything is already tailored to best fit me and my readers.”
“I love the way Cultivate is organised, that you can enter it at any stage, and you can even go back and review thing you think you already done at your best: there’s always a chance to get better! I like the way it is delivered, I find it easy and not overwhelming.”
