8 Free Offers From My Members, Plus How to Do a Mid-Year Business Review

Every month inside the Soulful Sales Society membership, we run a themed Get It Done Week: a focused challenge designed to help members actually implement the things that make sales happen with less effort, less energy, and less constant showing up.

July’s challenge was the Mid-Year Sales Reset + Sales Page Glow Up. Instead of building something new, members did a proper mid-year business review of their 2026 sales so far, then chose the one thing that would make the biggest difference to the rest of the year. Anyone with a bit more capacity also gave one of their existing sales pages a glow up.

I’ll be honest about why I chose this one. I have a habit of deciding how something went without ever checking whether that’s true.

Last year I ran two big sales: a birthday sale and a Black Friday sale. I knew roughly how Black Friday had done, so it sat in my head as the good one. The birthday sale sat in my head as the flop. Except I never actually debriefed it. When I finally looked, it wasn’t the biggest sale I’d ever run, but it wasn’t remotely the disaster I’d been carrying around either. I’d spent months making decisions based on a feeling I’d never once checked.

That’s the thing that quietly costs us money. We build new layers on top of old ones. We put the thing that isn’t working out of our minds instead of looking at it. And then we plan the second half of the year around a story rather than what actually happened.

What a Mid-Year Business Review Actually Changes

Most of us reach July and assume the answer is to do more. More offers, more launches, more visibility. It’s usually the opposite. The answer is almost always sitting in something you already built and then stopped giving a proper chance.

When you look at the facts, three things tend to happen. You find out that an offer you’d written off did better than you remembered. You spot the thing you kept putting off because it never felt urgent (mine is Facebook ads, which I have been pushing down my to-do list for months). And you get much clearer on which single priority is worth your energy for the rest of the year, which matters when your energy is finite.

There’s also the forgiveness part, which sounds soft and isn’t. Naming the thing you didn’t do (the launch you skipped, the price you didn’t raise, the visibility you hid from) and then letting yourself off the hook for it is often what frees up the capacity to actually start. Carrying it around costs more than the thing itself did.

Then you pick one action. Not five. One.

Here’s what my members did during the week:

  • Debriefed everything they’d sold so far in 2026, including the offers that made no money at all
  • Separated the facts from the stories they’d attached to those numbers
  • Named one thing to forgive themselves for, and one thing to give themselves credit for
  • Brain-dumped every possible sales action for the rest of the year, then narrowed it down to a single priority
  • Started that action within the week: a first draft, a first email, a first change made
  • Refreshed one existing sales page so it does its job better for the second half of the year

To celebrate my members taking action, I’m sharing some of their offers with you below. Go check them out, they’re all great!

Feedback for the Get It Done Week

“As ever, the get-it-done-week helped me prioritise something I really needed to do, but was struggling to make time for with all the other pressures. The sales-page glow-up made ME feel much more excited about my course, and more excited to share it.” ~ Megan Kerr

“I enjoyed this Mid-Year Reset because it gave a guided, non-pushy way to assess myself honestly and it really helped me move forward and see tangible progress.” ~ Johnna Kirk

“I have accomplished so much in my business this year, and a huge part of that is thanks to Ruth’s membership and the monthly push to take action. Such a valuable space where to grow. Thank you!” ~ Jessica Tefenkgi Ruelle
