Journalling is one of my favourite ways to get “unstuck” in my business. Here are 5 journalling prompts I use to help me move forward when I’m feeling overwhelmed.
If I’m ever in doubt about something in my life and business, I reach for a notebook.
If I’m ever overwhelmed, stuck on the next step, or not sure why I’m feeling resistance to something, journalling always helps, without fail.
