Journalling is one of my favourite ways to get “unstuck” in my business. Here are 5 journalling prompts I use to help me move forward when I’m feeling overwhelmed.
Journalling has been a powerful tool for me ever since I was a child.
If I’m ever in doubt about something in my life and business, I reach for a notebook.
If I’m ever overwhelmed, stuck on the next step, or not sure why I’m feeling resistance to something, journalling always helps, without fail.
I’m by no means perfect. It’s like exercise, or meditation – I know it’s good for me, but that doesn’t always mean I make the time for it! But when I do, I’m always glad I did.
So I thought I’d share with you 5 journalling prompts that I find particularly useful whenever I’m stalling or feeling blocked in my business. Hopefully, they will help you come “unstuck” and unearth whatever’s going on underneath your procrastination or perfectionism. I also have a free guide with 20 more prompts – click here to get it.

And remember, it needn’t take long. I usually only spend a couple of minutes at a time journalling, and I almost always feel better off for having done it.
If for some reason you’re stalling on actually writing things down (and I do this all the time), just set a timer for 1 minute and see how you do. If you don’t know what to write, just write “I don’t know what to write”. It works, honestly.
