5 Journalling Prompts

Journalling has been a powerful tool for me ever since I was a child.

If I’m ever in doubt about something in my life and business, I reach for a notebook.

If I’m ever overwhelmed, stuck on the next step, or not sure why I’m feeling resistance to something, journalling always helps, without fail.

I’m by no means perfect. It’s like exercise, or meditation – I know it’s good for me, but that doesn’t always mean I make the time for it! But when I do, I’m always glad I did.

And remember, it needn’t take long. I usually only spend a couple of minutes at a time journalling, and I almost always feel better off for having done it.

If for some reason you’re stalling on actually writing things down (and I do this all the time), just set a timer for 1 minute and see how you do. If you don’t know what to write, just write “I don’t know what to write”. It works, honestly.
