Show Notes
In my second solo episode on Creatively Human, I talk about my experience of being more visible and honest online (especially as an introvert) – and how I always feel scared, but my comfort zone is stretching.
If you are scared, but you have something inside you that still wants to do it, or that wants to talk about something but you’re scared of the reaction, then maybe that’s something to be explored.
Some of the things I talk about:
- How and why I decided to get more visible online
- How I feel about it
- How I’m always scared
- How I think it’s important to do what’s right for you
- How I feel about being visible as an introvert

That’s the thing with comfort zones: they stretch. Your comfort zone starts at a certain size, and then you do something outside of it and your comfort zone grows. Then you do something just outside of that and it grows again. Before you know it, you’re doing things that you never ever thought you could do. And that means so much. And the impact it can have on your life, your business, your relationships… it’s just brilliant.
